Consumer Credit Legal Centre provides free telephone legal advice to NSW consumers on credit, debt and banking matters. Information may include advice such as: what creditors can do to you if you do not pay them; what you can do if creditors take you to court and whether there may be a valid defence to any court action; how to apply for bankruptcy and what will be involved.
